May 1, Psi Beta at Holy Cross will be hosting a movie night (Juno) open to all students to interest more students into becoming
psych majors or minors. So far the program has doubled in size since first word, but more students are always a plus. This will also be an opportunity for the students to interact with the upper level psych majors and get a brief but accurate representation of what psychology at Holy Cross College really is. In addition to Psi Beta, the Theology majors will also be joining us.Germany; International Congress of Psychology XXIX (2008):
Psychology Majors will be meeting with the Dr. Van Auken's to go over the most recent news on the trip on August 14. Needless to say, we--the psych majors--are very excited for this opportunity and experience.
APS; Convention:
I am attending the 20th annual Association for Psychological Science Convention, May 22nd-25th in Chicago. I have opened up my invitation to others, but unfortunately it seems everyone will be busy during this time. So it appears I will be the first Holy Cross student to attend APS as a psych major.
